Form Warnings Translation: Unable to add a text translation to some fields if my account's language is not English

    You can change the text to anything you like by going to your form's settings and changing the form warning texts in it. Here are the steps how:

    1) Go to Paramètres > Form Settings > Afficher plus d'options

    2) On your French translation, click the Edit texts

    3) Go to Form Warnings tab and find the fields which are needed to be translated

    4) Once done, save your settings.

    I tested your form and I was able to enter the translated fields:

    I've checked your form and like my colleague above I was unable to replicate the issue, I can see there are text boxes right below the original strings and they're available to enter any text. 

    This is what I can see when tested your form: 

    Is this not the same you're seeing on your end?

    Thanks for the screenshot. I had to do series of tests on your form and likewise on mine and found that the issue is about the account's language settings. If it's not English, it fails to enter text on those fields. 

     

    So to fix this, you will need to change your language on your account settings to English

    Here is a quick link to go to this page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Once done converting to English, go back and edit your form following the steps I have provided above and you should be able to insert a translation for the blank fields.

    I also have escalated this matter to the development team. Once we have updates on this, we'll inform you right away.
