Can I create a pop up form in JF to embed on our site and integrate into Mailchimp, just as I do my other forms.

Yes. It is possible to embed your MailChimp integrated JotForm on your web page using pop-up embed method.

You may integrate MailChimp to your form by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp

Once you have the form setup with everything, you may embed the form on your web page by getting the relative embed code from the Publish wizard.

    Hope this information helps!

Thank you, where do I place the code on my site - the footer.php file?

The embed code can be added to your web page anywhere depending on the location where you want to display the link to the form. If you want to display the form link in the footer, you may add the embed code to the related section in the website code.
