Why is it telling me my forms are disabled?

    Dear Kylie,

    Your account is suspended due that you are requesting username and password in plain text fields on your forms "Ajasent Inc." and "Ajasent Inc. w/ Out IVANS" .

    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.

    We have removed the guilty fields on this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.
