Infusionsoft integration: Unable to authorize the account with JotForm and the loop not completing

    My JotForm submissions are not reflecting in my Infusionsoft app.

    e.g: For form https://www.jotform.com/build/70103342719448 at http://elitecoachesmastermind.com/info-contract/ Even when I fill this form, no new contact is created. Even for an existing contact, the tags which should get applied when they submit the form do not get added.

    I've checked your integration setup which appears to be normal.

    When you submit is the data arriving in your infusionsoft set up or are you just not getting the tags?

    Even the contact is not getting added to Infusionsoft. As you can see multiple test submits I have made but none of those contacts got added in Infusionsoft. So there is no question of tags being added.

    Unfortunately, I am not able to connect our Infusionsoft account to our account. It seems to be an issue with authorizing the Infusionsoft account which may be affecting the submissions too.

    I am forwarding the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update with this, we'll be posting on this thread.

    The issue with authorizing of the Infusion soft is resolved, but the issue with passing the information from form to Infusion soft still persists.

    So I opened a new thread for that issue here.
