Our form is not sending notifications

    From our client success manager for Aces Dental: "Dr. Sastry and his team have notified me that his NP Intake Forms are not going through. It's the actual forms that NP fill out before their first appointment. Their office administrator explained that some of these NP forms come in and some don't. Their most recent form was received this morning, but they have had multiple patients explain that they had already filled them out online in the last month with no record of them in their email. Additionally, Daisy, one of the office admins had explained that she put a test form through recently and never received it."

    I also recently put in a test form using the email address webmaster@firegang.com and it never came through.

    I see that there are 24 submissions received for the form. However, I see that there are only 9 email notifications sent to the email address frontdesk@acesdental.com. Could you confirm that the email address has not been changed on the form? I have checked the email address and it is not listed in our bounce list as well. 

    Could you try setting up a new notification on the form and try configuring SMTP email address so that the emails would be sent using your email address?


    Also, please check the email history log of the account to see if the status of the emails.
