Form not embedding

    Hi.

    On this page I have a form embedded properly:

     

    https://www.ashtutors.co.uk/request-a-tutor.html

     

    I'm using the exact same method of using the embed code, using the plugin suggested for Joomla version 3.4.5, but it's not showing up. I want it on this page:

     

    https://www.ashtutors.co.uk/tutor-jobs.html

     

    This is the code I've been trying to add:

    Please try to embed the form using the iFrame Method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    Hi John.

    I've just tried using the iframe code - still a blank page - no form.

    Any other ideas?

    First of all, please see this guide on How to Embed JotForm to Joomla 3

    Have you tried other embed methods and see which embed method is working? Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?
