I have gotten several complaints that the form isnt submitting after people fill it out. It is saying please wait for hours and not submitting or charging the card.
It is happening on mobile and desktop and it is happening whether its the embedded form in my website or the link I'm emailing out.
Can someone tell me why this would be happening?

I have checked your web page and see that the form is embedded using iframe embed method which should be working fine. I have tried submitting your JotForm on the web page without selecting the payment option and was able to submit it without any issue. However, when I tried to submit the form after selecting the payment option, the submit button is displaying Please wait message.
As I check the browser console error message, I notice that the Stripe payment is not integrated correctly on the form. Could you try removing the Stripe integration from the form and integrate it again to see if that works?
