I'm responding to a Jot Form email, which says that my PDF could not be imported. Is there a way to import this PDF and make it fillable?

Is your PDF form a "Fillable FormsCentral PDF Form"?

Please note that this feature only works for fillable PDF forms from Adobe FormsCentral: https://www.jotform.com/help/340-How-to-Import-Adobe-FormsCentral-PDF-Forms-to-JotForm

No, unfortunately, it is not. We are trying to figure out how to get it to be on Jot Form and fillable, rather than creating an entirely new form.

Thanks for your response! I tried downloading the PDF with the link that you provided, but it will not upload. I’m unsure why.

You would have to create the form from the scratch. We do not have a feature to import PDF forms that are not from Adobe FormsCentral.
