Autoresponder email not working

    The test email worked but not the auto respond when form submitted.

    I checked your form and I can see that the Autoresponder Email is configured correctly. However, your form is currently encrypted.

    Unfortunately, Autoresponder function is not supported in Form Encryption. It is because the users will not be able to open an encrypted data.

    Please turn off the Form Encryption so that the Autoresponder Email will work. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.

    All server side gathered and processed data can only be retrieved in encrypted form because your private key is never sent to our servers.

    I guess thats the case even if we are not using any of the form data in the email?

    Yes, that is correct. Even if the email is not using any data from the form. The Autoresponder function will be disabled automatically if the form encryption is enabled.
