How can I reuse a form over and over for different service calls and keep a record of all of them?

    I've created a work order - what's the best way for me to fill out the same form with each new service request and send it to the technicians?


    I want them to be able to open up in their email, complete the form and re-submit it so I have a record of each one that's been issued and each one that's been completed and received back.

    Hello Holly, I'm not sure I'm understanding your requirement completely. A form, in theory, can be used over and over again by just re-submitting it.

    Your users/respondents won't need to do anything special. All they have to do is open the form > fill it out > then submit it. If they wish to submit another, it's just rinse and repeat.

    All the Submission Data collected will then be consolidated and available on your Submission Page.
