Can I get help with my design?

I just have a couple things I would like to work out.. 
Like when you click on a field it whites out the label etc...

What you described can be addressed by disabling the highlight effect in your form. To do that:

1. Click on SETTINGS.

2. Click on the "SHOW MORE" button.

3. Scroll down till you find the "Highlight Effect" option and pick "Disabled":
