How can I find applications/forms that were filled out before I set up my account?

    Hi. We didn't realize that we needed to set up an account on our end. We have had a couple of people fill out their forms and those were done before we set things up. Is there a way to find those forms and have them sent to me or do I need them to fill them out again?

    My understanding is that you were using a guest account before and then you registered for a JotForm account. Normally, the forms and submissions will be transferred to the registered account if you signed up using the same email address.

    Do you still have the URL of the forms from the guest account? If so, please share it to us so that we can transfer it to your account.

    I think it was someone else who set up the guest account so the emails
    wouldn't match.

    The form URL https://www.jotform.us/form/70886639818172 you mentioned actually is on your account/username Bethel600  already.

    You can see it on your My Forms list

    Weird! We have 3 people that we know have filled it out and they are not in
    there. The only one showing is Teri Pearson's who did it as a test.​

    I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/70885919504164). Unfortunately, this form has only 1 submission, and that is Teri Pearson's test submission.

    Did you receive an email notification for the other 2 submissions? I've checked the mail logs and I din't see any email alerts related to the other 2 submissions.

    No we weren't registered under my name at the time the submissions were
    made that's why we aren't sure where they went.

    As far as I can tell, there has only been that one submission to your form.  There is another account associated with your IP address and a form in that account has two submissions:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/62725220350142

    The username for that account is drewwalsh email address drew.*****@bethel*******.org
