I wanted to change the from address on the Notification emails, and I added a support address we have. I entered the wrong password, and now I do not see a way to edi tthis email address to change the password, or to delete the email address, and just re-create. Thanks for any help.

To edit or delete the SMTP email that you have setup, just head over to your Account's Settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

When I checked your form, it looks like you deleted all Email Notifications and Autoresponders. So if you also need some guidance on how to set them up again, just refer to the related guides I'm linking below.
