form with multiple upload fields not working

    We have an upload form that allows people to upload multiple files, but only one is appearing online. When I look on the back end there are twelve. But when I view the form there are just one.

    I am not sure, if I understood your concern correctly.

    Are you referring to one image upload field on the front end and concerned how visitor are uploading multiple files, through that single upload field?

    If this is the case, then visitor when clicks the Upload file button is given option to browse file to attach.

    While making selection if user presses SHIFT button on keyboard, he will be able to select multiple files.
