Hi, we are about to upgrade but seem to be coming into a few snags that we need to confirm are handled with sufficient customer service which your site says is 24/7 but we can only find the option of posting questions here so please confirm if there is another way to get immediate help.
Also, the Thank You page is not showing what we set it up to show. I have attached the screen shot of what we made and what the person completing the form sees. Hoping you can help get that fixed before the morning so we can use the email campaign system we spent the last couple days creating with the plan to initiate by tmrw morning.Page URL:

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon checking it further, I noticed that you have a Thank You condition configure to show the default Thank You message. Please delete the Thank You page condition or disable it. This will fixed the issue.
If the issue persists after removing the Thank You page condition, please let us know so we can investigate it further.
