How to change email address of account?

    Dear Team

    We don't need an upgrade. The only thing that changed ist the eMailadress from our former co-worker Laura Wissing. Therefore, we only want to aks you to change the adress from laura.wissing@medsolution.ch to eMailadress of our new co-worker Belinda Gantenbein: belinda.gantenbein@medsolution.ch.

    Hello Marlies,

    Which email address you want to change? I did check your account profile email address and the recipient email in last few edited form but do not see  laura.wissing@medsolution.ch email address anywhere.

    Do you want to change email address on which submission emails are sent?

    You will need to edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email" address. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email 

    If you need to change your account profile email:

    You need to go to your account >> profile page and change the email address. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hello
    We still changed the email address from laura.wissing@medsolution.ch to belinda.gantenbein@medsolution.ch and now Ms. Gantenbein jotform reported, that jotform ist out of submission storage and she have to upgrade now (see print).

    That’s wrong, because our company has a bronze account for more subusers. Please see attached emails from Branka Mendez and your support.
