Should Subuser account be on the same pricing plan with master account?

    I've created a subuser account. Surely it should be on the same pricing plan?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

    Having a sub-user allows you to provide access to another user in regards to your forms. They can view the submissions and they can edit the forms as well. The sub-user should have a JotForm account in order to continue. However, the sub- user's payment plan does not have to the same with your plan. They have their own payment plan.
