    i m making a website, where user has to upload a video or embed you tube video thro form, is it possible with jot form?

    If I am not mistaken it sounds to me like you want to allow your user filling in your form to upload/embed a youtube video on your form to send to you if that is correct?

    The easiest and best way to do this is to simply create an upload form.
