Not receiving form submissions

    When using the form I created from Jotform at   and hitting submit it seems to work but I never receive the email/form.  I have turned off any/all spam filtering.  Also I can't seem to login to my jotform account.  I thought the username was  but this doesn't seem to work.  Can you please send me my account information as well?

    Hi Patrick;

    I checked your account and found out that it is a Guest Account.Guest accounts rely on browser cookies to identify the person who created the form. Therefore, in the event that the cookie expires, access to the guest account, and the form will be lost. It can only be restored once the person registers a Free account using the exact email address used for the notification in the guest account's forms.

    To create a free account such that you enjoy more form submission, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

     Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account. 

    You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:

    Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.
