Dear Jot Form
I have contacted you twice about this. I have discovered that using chrome I wasn't prompted to upload my private key. So I switched to internet explorer, and I did get a pop up screen prompting me to upload my key. I have saved it so I tried to upload it. But the process doesn't complete - I have now tried 3 times.
Can you help?

The wizard will only appear once, and after you've uploaded the key, it will be remembered in your browser so you won't have to upload it again. That's what probably happened in your Chrome browser. Clearing your browser's cache should reset this.
Before anything else, can you please try it again in incognito/private mode in your Chrome browser? See if this helps.
