bounce list constantly and can't see forms

I have sent this several times but because I keep getting on a bounce list I'm not receiving your answers.

On the directions it says to click on the human form.  

I don't have a human form.  I only have a cat.

Help!

@sbcglobal addresses tend to have quite strict filtering policies.  When emails are rejected as spam, it results in the email being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails. 

To prevent this, you can send emails from your own address via SMTP:

Or, if possible, switch to a different email provider like Gmail that does not have such strict filtering.
