I moved back to 3 and now I can't find a link to 4. Email received shows a square button next to JotForm logo but I don't see it...please advise.

The option to go back to v4 is available from the account settings. Please log in your account, then go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings, and click the option, as shown below:
