The two forms that have long populated our website have suddenly disappeared. Can you advise what may have happened and what I need to do to resurrect them? Thanks.

I have checked this account an found forms are disabled because the account is over the allowable limits, Free users are allotted to receive 100 submissions per month, your account have received 109 submissions so far.
You may consider to upgrade the account to a paid subscription. Otherwise, forms will become enabled on the first day of the next month when submissions counter is reset.
