max123jotAsked on March 31, 2017 at 11:50 AMit seems i am having ongoing problems with this quiz:
while http://quizform.jotform.io/thankyou.php gives me the user the
correct format
- i still have the following problems w the quiz
- since our last exchange and your testing the quiz, many of the quiz ans
were deleted, i re-set them
most importantly these questions are set in the quiz widget, but the ans
are not presented to the user
14a. Where does urination terminate? {14aWhere:given} ({14aWhere:correct})
{14aWhere:tick}
9b. In what type of patient would this curve pattern be typical? {9bIn:given}
({9bIn:correct}) {9bIn:tick} -

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue with fields 14a. and 9b.
However I am not able to replicate same issue on my cloned form.
Please try to Reset to Default your Thank You page or recreate your quiz.
I have also cleared your form cache.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

i apologize for not responding sooner
i took the same quiz after you cleared cache and get the same error
if i take your advice and set quiz to default do i have to re-enter all the
correct quiz ans?
if you know your quiz works, can i "get" your cloned ver , perhaps the
simplest fix
(btw, i have tried a number of times to remove the questions under
discussion, and make a "new" question, with the same problem)

Hi,
I checked your form and sent you some test submissions. So, please ignore them. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, I cloned your form on my end. When I check your form, I find that there are other questions instead of these: "9b. In what type of patient would this curve pattern be typical?" and "14a. Where does urination terminate?".
Please go to these lines on "quizform.jotform.io" and manually change them with these ones:
9b. This curve pattern is likely due to: {9bThis:given} ({9bThis:correct}) {9bThis:tick}
14a. Which colored circle signifies end of urination? {14aWhich:given} ({14aWhich:correct}) {14aWhich:tick}
Then, please save your quiz.
I hope it helps.
If your problem persists, please let us know.
Kindest Regards.
