Is there any way to prevent emails going to the Bounce List?

I use Jot Form for an internal sales process. So, most of the emails go to my 13 sales people.  Recently many of us got put on your bounce list.  Is there a way from keeping this from happening, as it puts a minor wrench in our regular work process.

Hey Luke - Please note that bounce related issues usually start from the receiving end. When your email server keeps rejecting the emails coming from JotForm after several attempts, your email would end up in our Bounce List. Just like you, we hate emails going into the Bounce List. However, like any other email servers, we need to process bounce messages without exception to protect our email server from being listed in spam databases.

To lessen the likelihood of this happening again, I'll list down some guides below. You won't have to do them all at once, I recommend you do them one at a time and only proceed to the next suggested guide if the first one didn't help.

I'm also listing down a few more things to help you in case it happens again in the future:

    1. Prior to contacting us, check your EMAIL HISTORY logs if you suspect you're not receiving emails. Here's How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    2. If you found some emails showing as FAILED or IN BOUNCE/BLOCK LIST on your EMAIL HISTORY, check these emails if they are on the Bounce List and remove them by following this guide on How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
