How are views counted?

If a form is embedded on a page in a website, if someone goes to that page does that count as a view?

A form view is counted each time the form is loaded.  If the form is embedded to a webpage, since each time the page is loaded the form is loaded, each time the page is loaded it will count as a form view. 

Accounts limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users.  The next reset occurs tomorrow.
