I am transferring a website to a client, that has jotforms from my account in it.

Is there a way I can transfer my forms to them if they set up their own Jotforms account?  And if so how?

We can move the forms for you. Once you client create Jotform account, provide us username of that account and ID of the form that you want to move.

Other way would be if your client adds your account as sub account user of his/her account.
