There is a typo in my confirmation email related to the form on this page: http://www.phoenix-mold-inspection.com/contact-us/
When I try to change the email associated with this form ("Inquiry - Phoenix), the form layout and such is changed even though I make no changes. So, I have to go back to the form's revision history and roll back to a previous version.
How can I make changes to aspects of my forms, like the text in the emails, without breaking my forms? I created these forms when the editor looked different. It seems like just the act of opening the forms in the new editor breaks them.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am able to replicate same issue. I have cloned your form and layout of my cloned form is changed. It looks completely different then your original form.
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

Hi there. I'm still looking for help on this issue. I'm unable to make changes to any of my forms without breaking them. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there isn't any updates yet, and there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution. I have created your form from the scratch, so it has a very similar layout, if you like it, you can clone it an use it instead: https://form.jotform.co/71404872880864

Hi there. I want to make sure I understand. There is some technical problem that doesn't allow me to edit any of my forms. I reported the problem almost 2 months ago. And, you folks don't plan on finding a solution for me? I have two primary forms -- "Inquiry - MARKET NAME" and "Side Bar Inquiry - MARKET NAME". I have each of those two primary forms in all my markets (cities). If I want to make a change to any of them, I cannot. You have created a new form, but I would have to do a lot of work (new codes, emails, etc.) to deploy that form to all my markets and make sure it works. And, I'd also need my side bar inquiries. I'm curious, why can't you folks figure out the problem with me being able to edit my existing forms?

I've also been a customer for 6 years and never ask for anything. I'd really appreciate if you could fix the glitch in all my forms that prevents me from making simple edits. Than you.
