Problem accessing form submissions

    Problem downloading form submissions

    I have tried several times to download form submissions for my form Volunteer Sign Up Form, but every time I do it takes me to the form submissions for one of my other forms Registration for RBC Gran Fondo Texas.

    Please fix.

    We have escalated the issue to our developers. This thread will be updated once the issue is fixed.

    Does it make any difference if you access submission in the following way?

    (select the form, then click on the Submissions button)

    It doesn't make any difference. I've already tried accessing submissions both ways.

    Could you please also try to log out and then log in back to your account?

    I logged out and cleared the cache on the browser. Seems to be working now. Thanks.
