Please your help. Sometimes happens that some submissions doesn't arrive to our email box.
I carefully check the submit and don't find any reason for that, it's very ramdom. Now I send you two submit ID's for you to check why happen that.

I also edit the submission and nothing, simple does not get it...

The reason is due to bouncing issues. One of your recipient was found in the bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Please make sure to check your spam folder, and mark any JotForm email that you find as NOT SPAM. Also, whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

I double check about bounce, and now there is no problem, but still we
cannot receive notification, forwarding, nothing from jotform to
ventas@readycut.cl (also spam is checked).
Now this submit doesn't being received also: ID 366818296163463011
Please your help.

The problem was SOLVED. It was a forwarding email issue in our server.
