Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement what you are trying to accomplish as we do not have an integration with Google Adwords. Also, you can't put a script in our forms since adding script codes in the builder was disabled for security purposes.

So let's talk Zoho CRM and Jot Form Integration. You do work with Zoho CRM right? Can I accomplish the same thing with a hidden field:
How do I pass this set of variables to Zoho?
input type="hidden"
id="zc_gad"
name="zc_gad"
value=""/

We have Zoho CRM integration (https://apps.jotform.com/app/zoho_crm_integration). However, I don't think this is the integration that you are trying to achieve in the form.
You may consider getting/embedding the form using its full source codes. In the source codes, you can add the scripts.
