Hi, I'm trying to create a Whitepaper Download form.  Where do I add the document that is to be downloaded when people complete the form?

    Thank you,

Hello Shannon, this highly depends on "where" the whitepaper download will be available after form submission.

It's worth noting that 2 things happen after form submission:

    1. It triggers the Thank You page

The page your users see right after submitting a form

    2. It triggers Autoresponders

The email your users get after submitting a form

What's important here is to have the file readily available and hosted somewhere else (e.g. a 3rd party cloud storage platform like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., your FTP, and so on).

Once you have the direct link to the file download, just add it to the Thank You page or the Autoresponder Email that your users' will see/get after form submission.

As a quick example, here's a simple form that will show you a download link to an image on the Thank You Page and the Autoresponder Email.
