We have an email that continues to be put on the bounce list even though we are not sending any emails to that address. How does that happen?

Are you referring to the email address set up in your account?
I've checked the email address and seems like you have already removed it, and indeed, upon checking your email log I can see there's not email sent to you.
However, I've checked your email address and I cannot find it in our bounce list at the moment, if you notice it's in again, please let us know so we can get the reason about why it was added.
