    Form "Not Available"

    This form is enabled.  However, it won't open in preview or with the link.  It just gives an error "this form is currently unavialable!"  We are opening registration Sunday, so it really needs to work.

    Also when working on two different forms yesterday and today, the Advanced Designer would not open for either form.  I need to open it to insert our new logo.

    I can see the form has been deleted so it shows in the trash folder, I would suggest you to restore it and test if your form works now, if it still does not work, please let us know.

    Also, regarding to the form with the designer too, could you please try opening your form in incognito mode? That will let us know if the issue is related to the browser's cache. 

    If the issue still persists, please open the web console and take a screenshot of it, that will also help us to know if there's something that generates conflict while opening the form in the designer tool. 

    These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console: 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J



    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K

    Thanks so much for your reply.

    Good news, the Advanced Designer opened today. I didn’t do anything different. Hopefully it will continue to work.

    And we finally got the form to be enabled…. I had cloned last year’s form that someone else had made. I did not know that he had programmed in a disable date. And I didn’t even know that was a feature. Now I know. SO sorry to bother you about that part.

    I think we’re doing well now. Thanks so much! I’ll be building another form soon…
