Can I transfer form data into a word document?

I have a word document (contract) which I am hoping to create a jot form to add data into the word document and have the new data automatically populate into the word document.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to transfer data into Word document. But you can convert your form into a PDF-fillable form. Once your form is built, you can download a fillable PDF version of the form. With this form, you can also let your friends/clients/contacts make submissions through your PDF and receive the submissions to your account.
