Hi. I am on the board of our local animal rescue group--HAVA--and I use your app for many forms. I just got a notice from you when I logged on that I was on your bounce list. I removed my email from the list but I wondered how I can make sure my email is once again okay. I am receiving other emails. Is there something I should do to make sure I receive notifications.

You are able to set up alert to prevent your email addresses in bounced and also to remove your email address from bounce list, please follow these guides:
In addition to setting notifications in that way, it would be good to contact your IT department or email provider and ask them to whitelist our sender IPs and addresses, as described in the following guide:
