Counter Element not Showing in Response Email

    I added a Counter Element in the Form but I made it hidden to recipients.

    However, in the Response Email I made it visible by adding the field's element code {Counter Element } in the response field.

    Yet, it isn't showing the field {counter Element} detail.

    I had tried adding {#Hidden Counter Element} but am not sure if it would work.


    I like each recipient to have a unique code which is supposed to be the {Counter Element}

    In the email alerts, you should use the Unique Name and not the Field ID. The correct tag is {yourR38}.

    I cloned your form and I can see that this field is already in the autoresponder email. In the Email Editor, you may also click the "Form Fields" dropdown and select the field that you want. This will generate the Unique Name automatically.
