Is it possible to have a form that is never actually submitted?

Also, is it possible to have a form that is never actually submitted. For example if I had a form for my little league soccer club that listed the fixtures for the next few months could someone enter the results into the fixture list and then go back the next week, load the same form, and add the next result, etc.

Due to the fact that a form is technically a web page with, you could use our form builder to create what you have in mind, and remove the submit button. You will then be able to publish this "form" anywhere, and go back to editing it whenever you need to, without any submissions happening.
