I am not receiving emails to reset my password

    Understood. Can I kindly ask how long have you deal with this problem? What email provider are you using for your account? Haven't you had any trouble receiving emails to that email account?

    Did you check your spam folder as well as your promotions folder if you are using a Gmail account?

    I have checked our logs for your email address, and I see that it ended up on our bounce list. When emails are bouncing, it means that the recipient server refused to accept our emails (it bounced them back).

    In this particular case, your recipient server is agentvendela.com, and here is the exact error message it provided when it started rejecting our emails to you:

    smtp; 552 5.2.0 rAAc1u00L34BlXl01 - rAAc1u00L34BlXl01AAcGw

    I have removed your address from our bounce list and resent you the password reset email, but if your server continues to reject our emails, your address will only end up back on the bounce list. Your email notifications appear to be set up correctly, so it is most likely that your server is rejecting the emails due to some kind of content filtering.

    Please make sure that your server is not configured to reject emails that are coming from Jotform, and the emails should be going through fine.
