Email notification not matching with order

    I work for an acne skin care website and we sell products. When an order is placed, I receive email notifications where the quantity of products dont match up with what is online.

    Below is an example of what we sell and what the email notification email looks like:

    fpr the second product, the person did not buy any so there is a "0" after the price. With the Cranberry cream product, the person bought "4". The other products are not showing any quantity after the price so I don't know what they chose. When I go online, it says they chose "0"

    Mandelic Serum 15% Light (1 oz) $16
    Mandelic Serum 15% (1 oz) $17 0
    Vitamin A Pro 1 (1 oz) $15 0
    Vitamin A Pro 2 (1 oz) $16
    Vitamin A Pro 3 (1 oz) $18
    Vitamin A Pro Lightener (1 oz) $19
    Cranberry Cream (1 oz) $6 4


    Do I need to recreate my email notification? Any help would be appreciated.

    I added this to our bug list. We will look into it and get back to you. However, it may take a while.
