Every time I try logging on to my forms from my office I read
The owner of this website (www.jotform.com) has banned your IP address (). (Ref. 1006)

An account (tomtom985) created using 220.127.116.11 was suspended that got the ip blocked.
I have manually checked the form and have found nothing suspicious so I have reinstated the account and that should lift the IP ban.
