My account email is not recognized. Where's my account?

    I went to log in and could not. Then I tried a password reset and it said that it could not find my email address. I have been using jotfor since the beginning on a regular basis. So where's my account gone?

    I have checked and indeed was not able to find an account related to the email address you provided; however, the link you shared has an embedded form and it's related to the account with email address d*****c.m******a@yahoo.com.au

    If you do not recognize this email address, please share us the link to your account username, we will be glad to check and find if the address has changed.
