No matter what form I select to view submissions, the same (wrong) form appears

    I sent an earlier message about the same issue. The bottom line: I have several forms, but everytime I select one to view submissions, the same form appears. This is the case with all my forms. No matter what form I chose to view submissions, the same one pops up. That form in my Jotforms is labeled "2017 HMMA Visual Media Submission" Please help

    Could you please try the following:

    1) Log out from your JotForm account,

    2) Log back in,

    3) Check your submissions.

    If the issue persists please let us know.
