Why is my form/account disabled?

    Hello,

I'm trying to build a form for a new user account, yet whenever I enter a new field for a password, my account gets disabled, or I'm not able to view the form anymore. I'm not trying to phish or anything at all, I simply need to create this form for a job interview, and I really like the interface and features you all provide for building forms.

Could you please reactivate my account? It's really important that I build this form for my job interview as a front-end web dev.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks.

Also, perhaps I should mention that I don't even plan on actually using the form, I just need a PDF of the design (mock-up). The task is so they can assess my visual design, color preferences, spacing, etc..

Here is a link that is a screen shot of that portion of the job interview. Thanks again.

I have examined your account and found that it is indeed autosuspended because your form is collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.

Please see our terms of use, especially sections "Phishing" and "Collecting Sensitive Information" here: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

Please note that we do not make any exceptions when it comes to forms collecting passwords so I'm afraid I can't help you with that.

If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.
