Upload Your Private Key

Hi Guys, I have created an encrypted form. Customer has submitted the form however, it is now prompting me to use a private key to retrieve the form.

I do not have a Private Key.

Please advise.

When you Encrypt your form a Decryption key is created. Which you must use to Decrypt the submissions. Without that key, it's not possible to view submissions even for us.

So please try to find it, it's usually in Downloads folder or some other download default folder of your Browser.
