where do I get the link to let client see form results?

Asked by fastlanetravel on July 02, 2012 at 04:10 PM

I remember there was a way to password protect, but client could see reports, download, etc.

Where is that... I can't remember where to set it up or get it from.

You can find mentioned option on form Submissions page, click on Preferences gear, then go to Make This Page Public option.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. Thank you!

How do you change the pdf version to reflect something other than that long numerical value?

I thought there were options on predetermining or selecting for them, what is available for viewing… whether it be grid vs excel vs pdf… ?

When they go to that link, it appears they are inside the actual dashboard… but I guess they are not and can’t affect the actual forms, unless they know the log in?

I am sorry, but we do not have any option to control this. However, you can generate the PDF name based on some field using DropBox integration.

You can not control the content of shared Submissions page, but you can share some other Reports:

You are completely right. They will not be able to get into your account. Also they will not be able to Edit submissions from that page.
