I stopped getting emails alerting me that a new person has subscribed using one of my forms. I get a message that I need to contact you when I try to change the email account in the form (it used to work just fine before). Can you please let me know what's the issue with my email address?

Your email address was contact@m***-fr.**m was in our bounce list, that is the reason why you were not recieve emails anymore. It's been already removed from it.
However, in order to prevent this happening again in the future. I recommend you to change on your email notification settings your Sender -Email to email@example.com
Also, please add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)
