How long does it take to get a question answered?

I asked a question a little more than an hour ago. Does anyone know if questions are answered on weekends and how long should I expect to wait for a response?

The JotForm Support Team is available 24/7 and we answer users questions in a timely manner.  You should receive an answer between 3 to 4 hours due to the current traffic in the forum. Please note that this also depends on the number of threads waiting to be answered.

Understood. But having two issues resolved creates another issue. That means it could take up to eight hours to get a form out error free. I missed my deadline last night, and am waiting up past midnight in order to get this done and mailed out, so that recipients can at least get the form when they wake up. Please help me make my form error free and allow me to get some sleep, Thank you,
