my forms are still not sending me notifications?

    have changed all sender email details as detailed on your faq page, but still not working they are just being sent to your site, this has only been happening for the last 3 weeks.

     please check and let me know what i need to do.

    You need to make a little change in your embedded javascript code

    Hi no this has not solved my problem if anything it has made it worse as the forms no longer appear on my web pages now. any further hints would be greatly appreciated.regards

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Can you please contact your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist?

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know so we can investigate the said issue and assist you further.

    I Have contacted them already and they are saying that everything is set up there end fine, its just customer gets a thank you message from the web page, but no email notification is getting through to my designated email address.

    please advise as i seem to be going round in circles now, there saying its a problem with your site and your saying its a problem with them , please help as this is really affecting my busines now as this has been going on now we think for over 3 weeks. its been fine for the 3 years i have been using your site and the same website/email host, so bit weird why all of sudden for it to stop sending emails?

    Here is the reason why it's blocked.

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 552-': Recipient address rejected: Mailbox message count quota exceeded, please try again later.'

    I have removed it from the bounce list just now (should work fine by now), but please check your mailbox and clear some space to cater incoming emails.
