Form shows huge blank space between form fields.

Hi, 

In a particular form I have created - Clone of Franchise Application Form.

I am struggling with the layout a bit where there is a huge blank space in the middle of the form, and some fields seem to be too spread out and I can't drag them any closer. 

Is someone able to help me tidy up the form so it is in a usable state? Note that when you pick 'partnership' as the application type at the beginning of the form, most fields are duplicated to be completed by a second person.
